ABSENTEE VOTING HOURS

In-person Absentee Voting for Pleasant Valley is available for the August 11 Partisan Primary during the dates:

Tuesday, July 28, from noon to 4 pm
Thursday, July 30, from 9 am to 1 pm
Wednesday, August 5, from 9 am to 1 pm
Friday, August 7, from 1 pm to 5 pm

ABSENTEE BALLOTS RECEIVED BY MAIL
Ballots that are mailed to voters may be returned PERSONALLY BY THE VOTER in any one of the following ways: (A recent court ruling allows exceptions for voters with disabilities)

  • By mail in the postage paid envelope provided
  • Directly by the voter to the Town clerk during in-person absentee hours and the Monday before the Election between 8am – 3pm
  • Directly by the voter to your polling place on Election Day, between  7 a.m. to 8 p.m.  Ballots received after 8pm will be rejected.
  • Place your ballot in the drop box located to your right before 7PM on Election Day.  Last collection is 7pm.


Public Test Notice

Voting Equipment:  DS200 and ExpressVote Voting Equipment   

Wednesday, August 5 – 8:00 a.m.                                  

Per Chapter 5, Sec. 5.84 Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Public Test of tabulating and voting equipment to be used at the Tuesday, August 11, 2026, Partisan Primary Election will be conducted at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, August 5, 2026, at the following location:

Town of Pleasant Valley                                 
Town Hall/Fire Station in Cleghorn                   
Kelsey Ebert, Deputy Clerk Treasurer

Eleva, WI 54738                                                  

The public test is open to the general public.

PLEASE NOTE:  Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through sign language interpreters or other auxiliary aids.  For additional information or to request the service, contact the respective clerk.
