2026 Lowes Creek Road Project
This is an LRIP Project (TRIS)

The Town of Pleasant Valley is requesting bids for an approximate 11,500 ft section of Lowes Creek Road from Hwy 93 to Willow Rd.  The project includes pulverizing, culvert removal and installation, delivery and spreading of additional base course, asphalt saw cuts, final grading, paving, and shouldering. 

Contact the Town road maintenance supervisor at 715-577-0248 for a copy of the work to be performed, along with the specifications and provisions as ordered by the Town Board. The work shall be subject to minimum wage and labor standards under the State of Wisconsin.  All bidders must meet with the road maintenance supervisor to view the project site. The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein, and to award the contract deemed most advantageous to the town.

Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Pleasant Valley until 10:00 a.m. Thursday, May 14, 2026, at the Town Office located at S10414 Cty Rd HH/I Eleva, WI 54701.  Sealed bids must be labeled “Lowes Creek Rd” and may be placed in drop box by the main entrance. Bids will be opened and read aloud on Thursday, May 14 at 10:00 am in the Town Hall Board Room located at S10414 Cty Rd HH/I.  Projects will not be awarded at that time.
