2021 Board of Review – to be adjourned

The Town of Pleasant Valley, Eau Claire County, Board of Review will meet on Monday the 10th day of May, 2021 at 7:00 p.m. at the Town Hall in Cleghorn.

               Due to the fact that the assessment roll is not complete at this time, it is anticipated that the BOARD OF REVIEW WILL BE ADJOURNED to a future date, most likely sometime in September or October due to the revaluation process.

        Pursuant to Sec. 70.45 of Wis. Statutes the assessment roll for the Year 2021 will be open for examination at least one week prior to the Board of Review with future dates to be determined.  Instructional material about the assessment and Board of Review procedures will be available at that time for information on how to file an objection and the board of review procedures under Wisconsin Law.

        Notice is hereby given this 7th day of April 2021.
