The Town of Pleasant Valley is requesting bids for four (4) separate projects. Bids are not to be combined.
Project #1: Lime Rock Base – 2400 ton to Hemlock Road and 2400 ton to Willow Rd
Project #2: Crack filling – Cherry Lane, Graceland Ct and Easterson Rd
Project #3: Crack filling Community Center/Fire Station parking lot
Project #4: Single Chip Seal – Cherry Lane, Graceland Ct and Easterson Rd
Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Pleasant Valley until 3:00 p.m. March 15, 2021 at the Town Office located at S10414 Cty Rd HH/I Eleva, WI 54701. Bids can be placed in drop box by main entrance.
Contact the Town road maintenance supervisor at 715-577-0248 for a copy of the work to be performed along with the specifications and provisions as ordered by the Town Board. A bid packet can also be requested by emailing [email protected] The Town Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to accept that bid deemed most advantageous to the town.
Bids will be opened on Tuesday, March 16th at noon in the Town Hall located at S10414 Cty Rd HH/I. Projects may or may not be awarded at that time.
