Cleghorn School Park Softball Field
The field is typically used for slow pitch softball. Little League baseball, girls fast pitch, and slow pitch leagues all utilize the field.
Bleachers are located behind the back stop and right field foul line. The field is equipped with baseline fencing, and two concrete dugouts with benches. The irrigation system reaches inside and outside the fenced area, behind the back-stop and the entire outfield.
Ball Field Lighting
Thank you to the Cleghorn Lions Club, B&B Electric, Eau Claire Energy Cooperative and many other generous donors we were able to install lighting to our fields in 2012. Come on out and enjoy an evening ball game.
Field Dimensions
- Left Field: 255 feet with 6 foot fence and 20 feet of netting
- Right Field: 265 feet with 6 foot fence
- Center Field: 290 feet with 6 foot fence

Ron Anderson Memorial Softball Field
In Honor of Ronald D. Anderson
9-16-1970 to 9-1-2003
This ball field is dedicated to the memorial of Ron Anderson by family and friends. Ron attended Cleghorn School from 1976 to 1982. He played on these grounds during his school years, played little league and adult softball here countless times, and served on the Township Fire Department. Family and friends have contributed to this field through a labor of love and donations in adoration to Ron.
Thank you to all of the people who love Ron and have worked so hard to make this ball field a beautiful place for everyone to enjoy. Ron loved the Cleghorn community and he would be very humbled by everyone's generosity.
