April 1, 2025, Spring Election
In-person Absentee Voting for Pleasant Valley is available for the
April 1 Spring Election during the dates:

Tuesday, March 18 from 9 am to noon
Thursday, March 20 from 9 am to noon

Tuesday, March 25 from 9 am to noon
Thursday, March 27 from 9 am to noon
Friday, March 28 from 1 pm to 5 pm

 

ABSENTEE BALLOTS BY MAIL

Absentee Ballots can be requested through www.myvote.wi.gov or by emailing [email protected]

If you email the request, you must include the election date, name, address, and address to mail the ballot to, and attach a photo ID if one is not already on file. Verbal requests cannot be accepted.

Returning your ballot received by mail:
-If time allows, mail thru the USPS
-Personally deliver during the above in-person absentee hours, March 31st between the hours of 8 am-3 pm, or anytime on Election Day by 8 pm.   Only a voter can return their ballot in person.  There are exceptions for voters with disabilities.
-Placed in the locked dropbox in front of the town hall entrance.  The drop box is emptied daily and is under camera surveillance.

PUBLIC TEST
Monday, March 24, 2025 – 9:00 am

Per Chapter 5, Sec. 5.84 Wisconsin Statutes, notice is hereby given that the Public Test of tabulating and voting equipment to be used at the Tuesday, April 1, 2025  Spring  Election, will be conducted at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, March 24, 2025 at the Town Hall located at S10414 Cty Rd HHI in Cleghorn. The public test is open to the general public.

  PLEASE NOTE:  Upon reasonable notice, efforts will be made to accommodate the needs of disabled individuals through sign language interpreters or other auxiliary aids.  For additional information or to request the service, contact the ADA Coordinator at 839-4873 for Eau Claire County or the respective clerk.
